Hour 7 athlete Bethan Male won the UK Ultra South Downs Way 100 race last weekend taking home £2000 in prize money. Bethan also won this event in 2021.
Things didn't go Bethan's way in this years race but she perservered on to get the victory and her legs felt strong the day after the race showing some good signs for the season ahead.
