Patrick is a GP and a Sport and Exercise Medicine Registrar. He has worked in a variety of different sports including Premiership football and rugby. He is currently the team doctor to the England Women’s U20s rugby team and match day doctor to premiership rugby union team, the Worcester Warriors. Alongside his clinical work, he has a keen interest in research and has completed a PhD at the University of Birmingham in the study of salivary biomarkers of sports related concussion.
Patrick worked at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and the Rio Olympics where he was the field of play lead for Beach Volleyball.
Outside of work, Patrick is an enthusiastic sportsman and enjoys running, golf and creative writing.
