Jermaine is a highly experienced international athlete, having competed for Great Britain as a long jumper and for England in Rugby Sevens. His experience of elite competition gives him significant insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by competitive athletes.
Jermaine works as strength and conditioning coach to a number of GB Olympic sprinters, working closely with the GB squad, including on international training camps. He also works at the international level in strength and conditioning of ultrarunners. Jermaine has a strong interest in the complete athlete, including the psychological elements of training, rehabilitation and performance.
With his non-elite clients, Jermaine brings the learning from sport to deliver significant gains in strength and function, whether for general health or a specific life goal.
