An athlete with strength on both the roads and the trails, Caroline has excelled over multiple days and multiple laps, culminating in representing both England and Great Britain at 100k in 2022.
Through her 20's and early 30's Caroline's love of running was mainly focused on marathons and shorter distances, but that all changed in 2018 when she ran her first ultra, the formidable Marathon des Sables, and the rest, as they say, is history.
As someone who was won ultra-races from 50 to 290km, Caroline is always looking for that next adventure and trying to discover just how far, and how fast, she can go.
