Bethan's running highlights include wins at the Lakeland 50, Brecon Beacons ultra, UK Ultra 100 km, and the Centurion SDW100 mile where she also broke the 9 year old course record. She has also managed a sub-10 hour ironman.
Bethan is originally from Brighton. Her first taste of endurance sport was in triathlon but she quickly caught the bug for ultra marathons after her now husband introduced her to the concept. She now lives and trains in the Côte d’Azur (France) where she is enjoying the better weather and being able to run to the mountains from home. While currently more focused on the mountains/trails, making the most of her new playground she has enjoyed racing pretty much any distance from cross country to 100 miles.
